Satellite Program & Consultation Package

Unfortunately, not everyone can utilize IAL Studio One. But we want everyone to experience the benefit of our knowledge and exercise programs. Our satellite program makes it easy for our clients to experience all the benefits of our personal training while implementing these techniques on their own in the privacy of their home or at a gym. All satellite programs include the following:

1. 2 personal fitness evaluations including body composition measurement,
    a functional movement screen, and quantitative fitness testing
2. 4 personal training/teaching sessions
3. One copy of the personalized satellite fitness program
4. An exercising starter kit
