The Boot Camp Process
IAL Fitness Boot Camp is a unique, innovative program that will help you kick start your fitness routine or enhance your current exercise program to enable you to achieve noticeable results. The program itself is 4 weeks long involving a holistic approach centred on core conditioning, cardio workouts, resistance training and flexibility. We assist people of every age and ability level; so don't let the name or depth of the program dissuade you from joining.

Step 1 - Registration, Initial Consultation and Personal Fitness Evaluation

The Boot Camp program always begins with an initial consultation. We use this first step to answer any questions potential participants may have as well as to help make participants feel more comfortable about joining Boot Camp. Once we have completed the initial consultation we assess each participants current fitness level using our in-depth personalized fitness evaluation. The personal fitness evaluation not only tests each participants baseline measurements, but also allows us to show participants their improvements at the end of the program.

Step 2 - Boot Camp Workouts

Each week is comprised of 4 workouts. Essentially, the time commitment is up to you; come to any of the workouts you like. Obviously, the more workouts you attend the better results you will get. There are four groups that are available at different days and times during the week...

Group 1 - M, W, F - 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Group 2 - M, W, F - 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Please note: all groups meet every Sunday at 10:00 am for a cardio workout

Step 3 - Final Personal Fitness Evaluation

Once participants have completed the four week Boot Camp program, they complete the same personal fitness evaluation they completed on day one. We then create a participant profile, which compares the initial evaluation to the final evaluation.

All in all, Boot Camp is a ton of fun and a great value. Here is what Boot Camp includes:

  1. Complete participant profiles and testing results
  2. Supplementary nutrition guide
  3. 16 group training sessions complete with resistance training, Core conditioning, cardio, and flexibility
  4. Use of Studio One and coaching from our trainers
  5. 2 Personalized Fitness Evaluations
